So as much as I l♥ve you and l♥ve blogging, this week I’m calling it off.

I have to get some serious WRITING and READING done, and it’s not happening, so I’m changing my schedule up.

Believe me, you’re not the only one doing this. That’s been my excuse for taking time off blogging too. But it didn’t take long for me to miss it.

How do you get down off an elephant? Come on you know this one. You don’t, you get down off a duck. I hear you about the blogging. It’s a big time suck. Right now I’m at a place where this is really the only thing I can get done during the day. I’m pretty good at doing revisions during the day, but not actual writing. I have to write at night when I don’t have any interuptions.
I don’t have any jokes but I do have a funny story (kind of).
Yesterday night, I was playing jail with my cousins (it’sa a game where you all run and hide in the dark, and then the person who is it chases you and you have to try to make it across the “safe” line)
Anyway, I have a cousin who is a little younger than me and almost INDECENTLY athletic, and I was trying to catch him. He just kept running right out of reach and then I got too tired to chase him anymore. When he made it across the safe line, I literally dove at him to tackle him, but he ducked at the last second and I went soaring over his head and completely missed…it was probably pretty funny to watch : )
